Project overview

The Project overview summarizes the key project information and indicates on the right the project progress. The progress bullets become visible as project steps are completed.

1. Project and product information​

Here you will find the key product and project information, including your product description, the serial number and a confirmation as to which directive / regulation has been identifed as applicable up to this point. The designated authorised documentation representative is also listed.

2. Project progress​

Your project progress is displayed in bullets on the right. They are first revealed when previous steps have been adequately fulfilled. As each step is completed it will be ticked as done.

To move to a specific process step, click on the appropriate bullet.

If legislative research has been conducted then the applicable directive will also be indicated on the right.

3. The CERTAIN Main Menu​

The CERTAIN Main Menu is always visible on the left of the screen and allows access to key program areas at any time.

  • Click on the CERTAIN logo or Products to return you to the Project List / Dashboard.
  • Click on Manufacturers to display or edit your database of saved manufacturer information.
  • Click on CERTAIN Wiki to open this support documentation area.
  • Click on Settings to view and ammend your profile, payment and security settings.

4. Choosing the application language (UI)​

Bottom left you can choose your screen language preference.

(This does not affect the chosen project or documentation language)

5. Logging out and exiting the application​

At any time you may exit the application directly using the log out button in the left lower corner of the screen.
